“Travel Assistance” Insurance

What is covered
The basic cover includes reimbursement of expenses incurred for:
- medical care and treatment as an outpatient or in hospital, including emergency dental treatment
- repatriation to Bulgaria
- funeral abroad
- COVID-19 cover
“Limit of liability” options from EUR 5,000 to EUR 100,000 – at your choice.
The basic cover can be extended with optional additional cover of your choice for an additional premium.
Additional cover for compensation of risks, expenses incurred and services received:
- accidental death
- permanent disability as a result of an accident
- daily hospital cash benefit
- legal assistance
- hotel accommodation costs for a minor
- transport of a minor
- visit by a relative
- delivery of medicines
- passing on messages and changing bookings
- loss of documents and credit cards (tourists only)
- loss of or damage to personal belongings, luggage or valuables (tourists only)
- delayed luggage
- lost luggage
General Third Party Liability covers payment of compensation up to the agreed limit of liability.
How much it will cost you
The premium is set according to the insurer’s tariff and depends on the chosen limit of liability for medical expenses, the additional cover selected, the duration and purpose of the trip, the age of the insured person and the territorial validity of the policy.
