Mandate Agreement

Hereby, pursuant to Art. 301(1) of the Insurance Code, the user engages, and Winners Group EOOD performs, insurance intermediation (brokerage) and accepts payment of the insurance premium, undertaking to transfer it to the insurer. The user engages the Broker to carry out intermediation and to provide the user with proposals for insurance products. Pursuant to Art. 330(5)(2) of the Insurance Code, the user of insurance services expressly agrees that the information under Art. 324–326 of the Insurance Code be provided to the user by means of a website.
