- Winners Group EOOD is entered under Reg. No. 11-591 (pursuant to Decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 651-ZB/24.04.2017) in the public register of insurance brokers and insurance agents kept by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) pursuant to Art. 30(1)(12) of the Financial Supervision Commission Act. - Winners Group EOOD does not hold, directly or through related parties, more than 10 per cent of the voting rights in the general meeting or of the capital of an insurer. No insurer or parent undertaking of an insurer holds, directly or through related parties, shares or stakes representing more than 10 per cent of the voting rights in the general meeting or of the capital of Winners Group EOOD.
- Users of insurance services may lodge complaints at the address of Winners Group EOOD, as well as with the Financial Supervision Commission and the Consumer Protection Commission, concerning the actions of the insurance broker. A complaint lodged by a user with Winners Group EOOD shall be examined by the company in accordance with the Rules on the Organisation of the Examination of Complaints of Users of Insurance Services, which Rules are public, are published on the website of Winners Group EOOD and are freely accessible. The forms of out-of-court dispute resolution available to the user of insurance services in the Republic of Bulgaria are: negotiations between the parties, mediation and arbitration.
- Winners Group EOOD, in its capacity as an insurance broker, does not carry out intermediation in the name and on behalf of an insurer, but represents the user of insurance services (the client). Winners Group EOOD is under no contractual obligation to carry out insurance intermediation exclusively for one or more insurers, and carries out its activity with “MetLife Europe d.a.c. – Bulgaria Branch” KChT, “ZEAD Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group” EAD, “Groupama Zastrahovane” EAD, “ZAD Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group” EAD, “ZD Bul Ins” AD, “DZI – General Insurance” EAD, “ZK UNIQA” AD, “Generali Zastrahovane” AD, “ZAD Allianz Bulgaria”, “ZAD Armeec”, ZAD “OZK Insurance”, “ZD Euroins” AD, “ZK Lev Ins” AD and “ZK Bulgaria Insurance” AD.
- The client has the right to engage Winners Group EOOD to provide advice on the basis of a fair and personal analysis under Art. 325a(5) of the Insurance Code (advice on the basis of a personal analysis, whereby such advice is provided following an analysis of a sufficiently large number of insurance contracts available on the market). Winners Group EOOD provides advice in its capacity as an insurance broker in respect of the insurance products it distributes and does not provide advice under Art. 325a(5) and/or Chapter 35 of the Insurance Code (advice on the basis of a personal analysis, whereby such advice is provided following an analysis of a sufficiently large number of insurance contracts available on the market).
- The remuneration of Winners Group EOOD, in its capacity as an insurance broker, in connection with an insurance contract is a commission included in the insurance premium and payable by the insurer. The user of insurance services owes Winners Group EOOD no commission/fee/other remuneration for the insurance intermediation performed.
Information for potential clients of investment services concerning Winners Group EOOD, which is also a tied agent of the investment firm “EURO-FINANCE” AD, with its registered office and address of management at 5th floor, 43 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd, Iskar District, Sofia Municipality, Sofia, UIC: 831136740, and which, on behalf of the Investment Firm, carries out the activity of a tied agent, providing to clients and/or potential clients of the Investment Firm investment services and activities in respect of units of the collective investment schemes of AMUNDI, such as soliciting clients to enter into transactions and receiving and transmitting orders from clients. Pursuant to Art. 36(1) of the Markets in Financial Instruments Act, Winners Group EOOD is entered in the register under Art. 30(1)(17) of the Financial Supervision Commission Act as a tied agent of the said Investment Firm.
Information for potential clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council: Insofar as Winners Group EOOD provides insurance advice in respect of “unit-linked life insurance”, Winners Group EOOD does not integrate sustainability risks into its advisory process, nor does it consider the adverse impacts of the provision of insurance advice on sustainability factors in respect of financial products. The investment portfolios underlying these products are managed by external asset managers selected by the respective insurer. Insofar as each insurer relies on the expertise of external asset managers for the selection and monitoring of investments (including environmental, social and governance matters), those external asset managers were not required to publish information on the sustainability risks or factors of the underlying investments prior to the entry into force of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. Once such information has been published by the external asset managers, the insurers and Winners Group EOOD will be in a position to assess the integration of sustainability risks into the process of providing insurance advice and the adverse impacts of the provision of insurance advice on sustainability factors in respect of financial products.
